My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, with a few ups and downs. The rooms were a bit stuffy at night and lacked a view, but they had enough space for a family of three for a short stay. The service was passionate about helping guests, particularly during travel disruptions. The location was perfect, near public transport and amenities, but the dining experience could use some improvement in terms of food choices.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the attempt to charge us twice for the room was a hassle. The atmosphere felt stiff and not very cozy, similar to a dentist's waiting room, and the rooms were on the smaller side. However, the location was excellent, providing easy access to public transport and the airport.
The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, despite the high price. It's not ideal for working but has good WiFi. The service was exceptional, with lovely and helpful staff at restaurants and the front desk. The location is excellent for visiting Paris with close access to transportation. However, dining was a bit disappointing for the price. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and location.
